Youth Leader is more than an organization—it's a movement. We bring together young people from all walks of life to cultivate leadership, develop life-changing skills, and ignite social change. Our mission is to equip youth with the tools and confidence they need to become proactive, ethical, and inclusive leaders.

Youth Leader नेतृत्व विकास, सामाजिक सहभागिता, र नवप्रवर्तन मार्फत युवालाई सशक्त बनाउने उद्देश्यले स्थापना गरिएको संस्था हो। हामी शिक्षा, सीप तालिम, र नेटवर्किङ मार्फत युवाको उज्यालो भविष्य सुनिश्चित गर्न प्रयासरत छौं।

Who We Are
Founded in 2017, Youth Leader is a youth-led, youth-serving NGO dedicated to the holistic empowerment of young people. Our team includes young professionals, trainers, educators, and student leaders who understand the challenges today’s youth face.

हाम्रो उद्देश्य:
समाजको आधारशिला युवाहरू हुन् भन्ने मान्यतासाथ, हामीले उनीहरूलाई सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउने उत्प्रेरक बनाउने योजना अनुसार कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्छौं। हामी राष्ट्रिय र स्थानीय तहमा युवालाई नेतृत्वका अवसर प्रदान गर्छौं।

Our Goals Include:

  • Enhancing youth participation in governance and social development

  • Providing leadership training and mentorship

  • Encouraging civic engagement and innovation among youth

Youth Leader’s work focuses on real, tangible empowerment. We offer programs that enable young people to not only develop themselves but to uplift their communities:

  1. Leadership Bootcamps:
    Short-term, intensive programs focused on building confidence, decision-making, and team management.

  2. Soft & Digital Skills Training:
    Programs teaching public speaking, resume writing, interview techniques, and digital marketing.

  3. Entrepreneurship & Innovation Labs:
    Guidance on starting youth-led social enterprises or small businesses.

  4. School & College Youth Clubs:
    We help establish and support youth clubs in schools to foster civic values and collaboration.

We invite students, professionals, and community members to join our mission by volunteering in:

  • Event management and coordination

  • Training and mentorship

  • Graphic design and content creation

  • Field mobilization and surveys

हामी युवालाई रचनात्मक र व्यवहारिक अनुभव दिने अवसर दिन्छौं। स्वयंसेवक बन्नुहोस् र परिवर्तनको हिस्सा बनौं।

Youth Leader actively advocates for youth-centric policies on education, employment, and mental health. We organize campaigns, petitions, and digital activism to raise awareness.

हामी युवालाई नीतिगत संवादमा समावेश गराउने प्रयास गर्छौं।
We run awareness initiatives like:

  • Anti-drug awareness campaigns

  • Menstrual hygiene awareness

  • Mental health conversations

  • Civic and voter education for first-time voters
