We Grow is a disability welfare NGO committed to helping individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities achieve independence, dignity, and equal opportunity.

Founded in 2016, We Grow envisions a world where disability does not mean inability. We work alongside individuals, families, and communities to create inclusive spaces that embrace diversity and potential.

हामी विश्वास गर्छौं कि हरेक व्यक्तिको आफ्नै किसिमको क्षमता हुन्छ। अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई अवसर दिनु नै समावेशी समाज बनाउने बाटो हो।
From early childhood intervention to employment support, our team of professionals is dedicated to personalized care.

  1. Inclusive Education Support:
    Assistive learning programs for children with learning disabilities in mainstream and special schools.

  2. Therapy & Rehabilitation:
    We provide physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to improve daily functioning.

  3. Skill Development & Employment:
    We train individuals with disabilities in crafts, digital skills, and small business operations.

  4. Parental Counseling & Support:
    We run support groups and training for parents of children with disabilities.

We also provide mobile therapy services in rural areas.
