Combat Welfare is a mission-driven NGO focused on protecting the rights and uplifting the lives of people with disabilities through legal support, education, empowerment, and social justice.

हामी अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूको हक, सम्मान र समान अवसर सुनिश्चित गर्न संकल्पित छौं।

Our work focuses on the marginalized—people who are often ignored, overlooked, or misunderstood.

Defenders of Dignity
Established in 2018, Combat Welfare supports persons with disabilities (PWDs) through a rights-based approach. We believe that systemic change is essential to ensure full inclusion in education, employment, public policy, and justice systems.

समाज परिवर्तन बिना समानता सम्भव छैन। अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई कानुनी संरक्षण, शिक्षा, र आत्मनिर्भरता उपलब्ध गराउनु नै हाम्रो उद्देश्य हो।

Our leadership includes legal experts, disability rights advocates, and community leaders who design and implement rights-based programs.

  1. Legal Aid for PWDs:
    We offer legal counseling, representation, and rights training.

  2. Accessible Education Drives:
    Combat Welfare distributes assistive devices and supports school enrollment.

  3. Disability Documentation & Policy Action:
    We help people obtain disability ID cards, benefits, and advocate policy reform.

  4. Disaster Relief for Persons with Disabilities:
    We distribute mobility aids, emergency relief, and healthcare during crises.

हाम्रो कार्यक्रमहरूमा कानुनी सहायता, शिक्षामा पहुँच, नीति सुधार र आपतकालीन राहत समावेश छन्।

  • Justice (न्याय): Everyone has the right to be heard and protected.

  • Courage (साहस): We challenge discrimination.

  • Accountability (जवाफदेही): We are transparent with our actions and outcomes.

  • Solidarity (एकता): We stand with, not for, persons with disabilities.

We don’t offer pity—we offer partnership.

Volunteers can:

  • Join disability rights training teams

  • Assist in community legal clinics

  • Help with outreach and surveys

  • Develop content on disability rights
